Our Refund & Cancellation Policy has been carefully designed to protect the interests of applicants while ensuring that the society can continue its academic and administrative operations smoothly. By submitting an application or making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the guidelines laid out in this policy.

2. Application Fees

There is no application fee for submitting entries, as we encourage participation from deserving candidates without financial barriers. However, once an applicant is selected for recognition or an award, a processing fee of ₹5,000 is mandatory to cover the costs associated with evaluation, documentation, and communication. Please note that this amount, once paid, is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your participation after paying the processing fee, we request that you inform us in writing at the earliest possible time. Cancellations are accepted for record purposes but do not qualify for a refund, as administrative and verification expenses are already incurred. This policy helps us maintain accountability in handling applications and ensures that resources are not diverted from active participants.

4. Refund Conditions

Refunds are generally not permitted except under rare and exceptional situations such as duplicate transactions or system errors during payment processing. In such cases, applicants must notify us immediately with valid proof of the issue. Once verified, refunds will be initiated promptly and credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Requests for refunds made after the evaluation process has begun will not be entertained.
